J’accompagne les organisations qui ont besoin de clarifier, partager et co-construire leur vision. Par le dessin, je rends visible la pensée du groupe pour que chacun s’y reconnaisse, se l’approprie et passe à l’action.

Mon approche se situe à la croisée de deux métiers. Facilitateur graphique, je mobilise mon écoute et ma capacité de synthèse pour que chaque voix soit fidèlement restituée. Spécialiste de la communication visuelle, je cherche toujours la mise en forme la plus juste pour que l’information soit claire, pertinente et marquante.

Ce double regard vient de mon parcours : j’ai d’abord exercé comme responsable de la communication interne et des relations publiques, dans le secteur bancaire puis associatif, avant de me consacrer au visuel et à l’accompagnement au changement depuis 2015.

J’appartiens à la communauté de praticiens Art of Hosting et participe à l’animation de séminaires Art of Hosting en France et en Suisse.

My name is Geoffroy Lefort. After spending more than 15 years working within communication departments, I have transformed graphic facilitation into much more than a mere technique: it is my concrete response to the major challenges facing modern organizations.

Why did I create Visual 2 Explain?

My career path—which you can explore on my LinkedIn profile—has led me to the following observations:

• The Paradox of Acceleration: Projects are multiplying, yet we have less and less time to understand them and move them forward.

• Alignment and Engagement: Team cohesion and commitment are born from a common and shared understanding.

• The Wall of Complexity: Projects deployed by organizations are becoming increasingly technical and complex.

My Objectives through Graphic Facilitation

In my practice, I rely on four key pillars:

1. Attraction (Standing out): To be read, you must first be seen. My visuals capture the eye and spark curiosity where text alone often fails.

2. Synthesis (Getting to the core): I translate dense content into a clear structure. My added value? Knowing how to extract the « substance » of your project.

3. Shared Understanding (Ensuring alignment): Teams often use the same words but do not have the same mental image of a project. By placing a drawing at the heart of an interaction, scribing accelerates collective intelligence processes.

4. Memorization (Giving form to the abstract): By sequencing stages or giving a drawn reality to a complex concept, I facilitate long-term memory anchoring for your collaborators.

A Worldwide Reach & Community Involvement

I operate in Paris, the surrounding region, and throughout France. I am also fortunate to work regularly abroad, and I frequently facilitate sessions in English.
